I would take the credit card out of the deer's mouth, ask everyone in the store "Did someone drop their card?" and wait for the deer's reaction. if she starts speaking or give an anger stare/grunt (basically any signs of sapiency), I'll give her back her card and her coffee then look away as she somehow holds both with no hands. If she doesn't show any signs, I'll try to shoo her out of the coffee store than call animal control to get the wild deer out of the store
