The way Racochi said laugh with his mouth open was because he used paralysis jutsu on Jacobo, which he could still move some part of his muscle but he couldn't move his joint anymore. He's really in an extreme ticklish situation there.. ^^;
p.s oh but on the other hand, don't worry about king shark.. he can breathe under water anyway.
