This arc was an utter, unplanned mess, but now that it's over I can spend the next arc tidying up the canon and hopefully creating a new story worth reading.
This is the only full-length chapter in this arc, so at least this should feel like the most complete chapter in this series.
GeneX and BIT Squad are both being absorbed into Chaos Hearts II. I feel it will be easier on me if I just do one narrative at a time going forward. Lucky will have to share the spotlight with Copter and 2BIT for however long Chaos Hearts II lasts, and when it's over the current plan is to roll everything back over into a final GeneX arc...
Like, the actual final arc this time. If I write any more, it'll either be imagining how new games would unfold in the GeneX universe, or it'll be side stories set before the end of the series.
