By purchasing a design/adoptable from me you are automatically agreeing to follow my TOS. failure to oblige will blacklist you from purchasing from me (including character sales, adoptables, and commissions).

-Purchases accepted through PayPal in USD only
-Once a design has been purchased and payment received you take full creative freedom with the design. You may change it to your liking.
-Credit to Aphylozite must be given when posting the design, or when pursuing a resale or trade.
-You automatically have my permission to pursue a resale or trade.
-Do not resell the design as purchased for any price greater than you bought it for.
*This excludes designs that you may have purchased more art for and are including in the sale.
-Full resolution image files will be sent after payment is received.
-All design/adoptable sales are final. I do not accept refunds.
