More Tuesday Portrait Cuteposting/Random Creature Design, this time featuring a pygmy jerboa-inspired creature.

When a friend and I were talking about small characters, I mentioned making one based on the pygmy jerboa. While that wasn't the idea they were looking for, I ended up taking it and running with it, and made this little guy.
He's not actually grumpy, but real pygmy jerboas seem to have permanent Resting Bitch Face, as they are always squinting.
