Akkru is a young female kobold who was accidentally left behind as an egg after her birth-clan was destroyed by an earthquake. After hatching, her squeaking attracted the attention of some passing humans, who adopted her as they left the area. named after a weird noise she made as they cleaned the egg residue off her skin.

Realizing Akkru was a baby, the humans adopted her and brought her up alongside their biological children. Already used to the larger, nastier creatures of Appalachia, her adopted hometown quickly got used to the baby kobold and kept her existence secret from nosy outsiders. As she got bigger, Akkru begun using her natural strength, agility and dexterous hands and feet to help her adoptive father with his vehicle repair yard, where she currently works.

Akkru is currently 20 years old.

As a kobold, Akkru is about the height of a female chimpanzee and just as physically capable as one. She's strong enough to lift a full-grown human or bite off the head of a carp in one go. Kobolds are naturally adept at scrabbling through caves, so it translates well to scrambling up trees or over the mountainous terrain of her home.

As for personality, Akkru is mischievous, energetic, talkative and lively, rarely seen without a toothy smile on her scaly muzzle. Although normally laidback and chill, Akkru is willing fight to defend herself and her loved ones in a frightening show of draconic violence.
