It almost looks like he is cute here but the hint of something... dark and sinister brewing in his mind judging by his smile on 3rd panel (bottom left)
Second is just nonsense - whoever said that is just too jealous that he is built like a mountain even he is quite average for his species yet looks like a total powerhouse. Sexy lizards being sexy
And the first is just straight out of meme "pathetic". That expression definitely shows both disgust and contempt louder than words. He totally looks upon gnome or goblin
