They are Freda the Husky, Lees the Pomeranian, and Dru, the mutt. Based on the RL dogs in our circle of friends. Given the long slow progress of the title, they have all long ago pass on, Dru was the last to go at eighteen years.

*nods* I know how that feels, loosely based one of my characters on a dog I had once. Fitting though, that the dog that would inspire such a stubborn little pugist would be the last to go.
