From the right side of the painting, a pack of wolves living in the forest. This crop in particular is of the closest wolf - Erin did not specify the appearances of the background wolves or kitsune, so I added a set of features near and dear to my psyche on this one. (You may have seen a black wolf with golden eyes and a white muzzle come up in my art before!)
