part of the problem was the hacking from china to Google so china and Google hate each other, Since Youtube is owned by Google, they have things like Youku and Toudu.

Could be, or it could be out of spite... When you have small children trained to be super hackers by street gangs (more of a problem in Russia). And DDoS a website with ghost machines, then the government denies it, Google gets upset.
