The final drawing from my most recent Picarto stream. The theme that evening was Dungeons and Dragons. This was a request for Discord trying to DM a game with the CMC. The Lord Chaos appears to discovered an even more chaotic force than him.

I can see Sweetie asking Twilight to teach her that spell. Twi hurriedly tells Sweetie that it's not a real spell, only for Starlight to add that she knows one almost as good*. Leading to an excited Sweetie and a furious Twilight.

It's an inevitability. My most recent DMing session began with me thinking "Cool, they're wrap up some fun social encounters here and then head back to the city for some downtime in our next session at the start of the new year." and ended with me thinking "Well, if they aren't VERY careful with this hole of crime they've dug themselves into, they could end up with literally two hundred hostile enemies surrounding them and a high possibility of a TPK."
This is what I'd imagine the webcomic Friendship is Dragons looking like from the players' standpoint.

One of the very real regrets I have, is in giving-away ALL of my 'D&D/AD&D' things. I had the original 'Gygax' books/modules, LEAD FIGURINES, and more damned dice than I could even count (Literally, two large tackleboxes of!). I just couldn't justify hauling it all around the country with me when I was in my 'Traveling mode,' so donated it all to the local Library.
*sighs*
Still. All those wonderful nights/weekends with friends/acquaintances!
