To have a large swimming pool in your own private property... wouldn't that just be nice to be able to go out for a dip whenever there's good weather and not be disturbed by a hundred other people in the same pool? And think of the bragging rights! Part of those massive mansions in China I went to see. Needs a bit of maintenance clearly but wouldn't be too hard.
