One of these is not like the other... can you guess which is which?
Noelani has the ability to shapeshift, as most all of her kind does, but has perfected this ability to an extent to where she can take on other beings' appearances.
It isn't 100% perfect however, there are some ways to tell:
- Her colors and patterns will have a bluish tint to them. Her magic unfortunately cannot fully override her base colors.
- Her eyes will remain the same color as her original form. Again something her magic cannot fully override.
- Her form may still display some feminine traits, although she is able to replicate genitalia and can become male or herm.
- She cannot create jewelry, clothing, or accessories with her shapeshifting magic -- so these will often be missing.

In seriousness, that is fascinating, and the tells are quite subtle and the magicks very efficient; after all, if one does know the person whose likeness they've donned, one would hardly be able to tell, and especially not if one is not aware of such a species' abilities in the first place.
