The Mugeladtzen Tank, an armoured self-propelled-artillery unit featured in my story, TSCW. It is built on another tank, with the nose added to the body and a naval 145mm shortened cannon (the original design features a 200mm cannon) included.

It's not based on the Saint-Chamond at all...
