_History_
Dr. Over returns once more, and with the new Kaiju – Sparki – kidnaps 60,000 Soccer Spectators from a stadium, leaving Unicorn baffled at the achievement. Not long after, and warning NOT to unleash Giant Robo, he and BF enter into negotiations with the Japanese Government playing an audio of Guillotine for surrender in exchange for the lived of the Hostages. After asking for a 24 hours consideration from the representatives, Unicorn plants a tracker on his car, but the villains get wise to it as they overheard the plans with a hearing device in the recorded.
In the midst of this, one the BF driver begs Over to spare his Brother, who was among the 60,000 people kidnapped by Sparki, been the only family he has left, with the villain holding his choice to see his performance.
There after, he has a Cat and Mouse game with Unicorn, which leads into a box canyon, and hearing Over's voice warns they have until Noon of the day after to surrender or Sparki would be unleashed onto Tokyo. Knowing he may still be near by, they search the area and reach a Cemetery where he is spotted and the agents converge. Over jumps on one of the agents, then tries to do the same with Daisaku and Minami, though the boy shoots him; wounded and surrounded, Dr. Over still manages to pull one of his tricks and escapes.
Afterwards, with time running, and a flying object detected in the bay area (Sparki), Azuma sends Minami and Daisaku to carry out a search, presuming – correctly – the base is somewhere in the bay. Meanwhile, Over prepares to set explosive charges to destroy the base, and the 60,000 hostages held in a hole below the ocean, specially when they spot the search party - the BF agent who has a brother among those taken but is shove by the Doctor, not long after Sparki proceeds to attack Tokyo Airport, decimating the defense forces present.
However, in a turn of fortune, the BF Agent, in an act of defiance, sends a smoke signal that alerts Minami and Daisaku, he is shot by his former colleagues, but his gamble works, and the wounded agent guides them to the location and where they disarm the bomb, saving the hostages. With their mission complete and been inform of Sparki's attack, Daisaku launches Giant Robo to face Sparki.
The Battle is brief, with Sparki taking the upper hand (or Tentacle for that matter) and tangles Robo, zapping it, and toppling it onto the floor; Daisaku orders Robo to fire a large Missile from it back, which impacts and stunts Sparki, allowing Robo to beat it with a few Megaton Punches, then is tossed into a near by Oil Refinery, causing a massive explosion and killing the Kaiju.
After the battle, the heroes return to Base.
