I...still think he deserved more punishment for what he did in their Middle School, and throughout most of Year 1 in UA...that being said, I HAVE watched more, and yes, he gets better.
Mind, he has a Deku cooled brain. Dude is fantastic in a fight when he's against or with Izuku, his abilities being put on full display...but when Izuku isn't involved his strategy is basically 'hit it til it dies'
Meanwhile, the art here is fantastic. Good, subtle animations, rather than going whole hog on them, allowing the piece itself to stand out well, and the color choices for him are greatly enhanced by the background and lighting of the piece.
