Its a good animation, and Kei is getting soooo much better at key framing, but smooth? not even close.
It appears to be animated on 3's and about 12-15 stills over 4 seconds, which is about 8-9 frames a second, which is hardly smooth.
Smooth would be about 24+ fps, which would take a LOT of work, animation aint easy, gotta appreciate the time and effort for sure :D
