There exists a subset of the species known as cerviona that haunts the deepest darkest oceans. It is said these powerful beasts possess the blood of a Wendigo instead of a known species of deer effecting their magic and forms. Their bodies still hold the wings from the ancestor Dragons but lack a land form to blend in with others. Their maws are decayed from birth and lack any flesh. It is said they decorate themselves to appear similar to those of the light, but none have laid eyes upon these mysterious creatures. The only reason we know they exist are the glowing lights from fluorescent scales that twinkle in the blow and every so often drift to the top sand dunes.
