Do affirmations actually work? I couldn't tell you, but what is known is that we are capable of creating new patterns in our mind simply through sheer repetition. Even if the words feel empty at the time, if you continue at it, eventually, it'll stick and seep into your subconscious.

My hope is that the person who buys this will look at their own character frequently enough that the words have a positive lasting effect.
