This armor is used by my character from the Fallout universe, Royce. He found the armor on a sneak through an old enclave outpost. Out of sheer curiosity he read up on a nearby intact terminal and learned that it was an experimental suit built to combat the brotherhood of steel. The suit is unlike any other powersuit model before since it actually links with the body due to the use of an uplink under suit. However, upon a brotherhood raid the research facility in the outpost was abandoned and along with it the suit. The X-con Power armor forgoes the thick armor of its brother suits in favor of a more powerful hydraulic system and high torque joints to increase the strength of the wearer immensely. This increased strength allows the wearer a better battlefield presence. Even though the armor isnt as thick as other models that doesnt mean that this suit will fall to a simple pistol. Lightweight metals and dense synthetic fabrics give the armor equal, if not better, protection during battle since the wearer isnt encumbered by the extra weight of other suits and the surface of the suit has angled edges. Along with increased strength the wearer has quicker speed and reflexes due to the integrated combat computer(I.C.C) which gives the user live battle statistics during use along with on field tracking which allows for improved weapons performance and accuracy. The filtering systems allow for the user to work in toxic air environments for up to 3 hours before a system purge is needed. The helmet houses, along with the I.C.C, a comm system and external speaker for use when comm systems arent needed. The comm system is recommended when stealth is needed since the helmet can mute all outgoing noise, allowing for on field tactical exchange without the risk of being discovered. In dark areas the user can utilize an on helmet flashlight or H.U.D nightvision display/infrared display. While other suits used microfusion cells the X-Con power armor utilizes a new ion energy system. The ion energy system not only produces up to 120,000 watts of power, double that of the T51b model, to power usage, it also is able to recharge from solar energy. This feature was integrated for soldiers being used in deep behind enemy lines and fuel cell replacement wasnt an option. All these features make the X-Com suit a very effective weapon in the right hands and Royce isnt relinquishing ownership any time soon.
I really like the way this came out and would appreciate pointers on how I can improve. I got inspiration for this from playing too much crysis 2, hence the whole increased strength and speed and too much Fallout.

It's more of a mech. it stands around 4 metres tall. the user sits somewhere in the chest. it's armour plates are 6 inches. It can easily shift around 5 times its own weight of 6 tonnes. it has a minigun built into its right wrist, a rocket launcher in the other. it's powered by what is essentially a miniature Nuclear reactor on the back.
Here's the down low from my point of view. The X-con armor is more geared towards spec ops missions where two or three soldiers are far behind enemy lines and will need the many abilities of the suit. The T-76 sounds more like a tank which would be good for attacking heavily fortified positions and etc.
