He is the snivy that's mostly targeted by Mage due to his scent of Pecha berry. This snivy also happens to be the runt of his family which makes him only 1'4" instead of 2'! Pecha is 25 years old despite his height. He has a laid back temperament and he doesn't really mind being kept in Mage's belly for long periods of time regardless of her form.
