Ghost hands are feeding Raphael some very addicting food. A muscular turtle like Raph can't resist how good all this food is. He doesn't even mind that his waterbed of a gut is being hefted by a few hands. He doesn't mind his legs and feet no longer being able to support his gaining body. He doesn't mind that his arm and leg muscles atrophy as they lose the dexterity they once had. He doesn't mind sitting on his growing butt as these hands stuff him with enough calories to divide them among his brothers. Raph was eating some of the greatest food he'd ever tasted, who cares if he gets fat enough to break through the floor?
