Appearance: Ryuu is a large, chubby, and long eastern dragon that is 55 meters, or 180 feet, in length. He has light teal scales and silvery fur that runs down his spine and sides, as well as furry eyebrows and long gray horns.
Family: Nick (adopted son), Drago (boyfriend)
Powers:
-Soul Magic: Ryuu's primary magic allows him to manipulate souls. The spell he uses most is Soul Read, which allows him to see and understand someone's personality and feelings. He has another spell that allows him to create artificial souls to put inside artificial bodies such as plushies. He also has the ability to split real souls into pieces, but he's only ever done this to Drago at his own request. Ryuu can also turn his body incorporeal like a ghost.
-Healing Magic: This magic allows Ryuu to heal injuries and sickness.
-Flight: Despite not having wings, Ryuu can fly through the air with little effort.

Background: Ryuu comes from the eastern part of the world where dragons are known to be kinder and friendlier to humans compared to their western counterparts. One day, Ryuu decided to travel to the west to see if the dragons there really were as malicious as rumors say, and he ended up meeting Drago. While wary of him at first, after reading Drago's soul, Ryuu came to the conclusion that not all western dragons were foul beasts. Ryuu stayed in the area a while and after seeing Drago's daycare/adoption center, the two struck up a romantic relationship. Ryuu now lives at Drago's castle, helping Drago raise Nick and take care of the other children.

Personality: Ryuu is a rather calm and friendly dragon who, like Drago, has a strong fondness for children. He has the tendency to be a tad overprotective of them and is eager to make sure no one hurts themselves. If they are to get hurt, he thankfully possesses healing magic to return them to perfect help, being like a doctor for all the children. He also likes to make extra sure that children at the adoption center go home with loving and responsible parents. When a dragon comes planning to adopt a child, Ryuu will conduct an interview with them and use his ability to read their soul, allowing him to determine if the dragon will be a good parent. One of Ryuu's hobbies includes plush-making, which he does by claw to make plush toys for the kids, even if they usually do come out a little large. Ryuu can make artificial souls to put inside of these large plushies, giving kids actual plush pals to play with. Ryuu loves to snuggle just like Drago does, and will snuggle with kids and his big boyfriend alike. Being with Drago, Ryuu views Nick like his son and is as affectionate towards him as a true parent would be.
