Peering across the bank and into the heart of the river sits the ravenous goddess, her titanic flanks spilling outward, her face crowded with fat and neck-rolls and her limbs rendered useless from her monumental girth. Scattered across her alter are the skeletal remains of some of her recent unwilling offerings, though it is impossible to imagine how many she has eaten throughout her time on this Earth. Her swollen body jives and shivers with every sluggish movement she makes in an effort to reposition her bloated form to batter bathe in the sunset's rays, though too much movement is impossible. One of the pedestals of the platform is pushed to the side from her uncomfortable position and it has clearly cracked and withered due to her constant pressing. She looks as though she may explode... Why don't you make an offering to the sacred crocodile? They say feeding her endless hunger can promise prosperity and success, though countless have never returned from her riverine platform...
