He's able to shapeshift, but his go to appearance is this form. He's also able to use what appears to be a form of magic.
The bright blue parts on him tend to start glowing when he gets excited.
He also has bioluminescent insides, glowing bright orange.
For clothing, he adapts to his environment so he can blend in better.
