I think Serperior needs an excuse to not do things.....much like how Arbok does :P

Well since no one has made the joke and it doesn't seem like anyone was going to, I'm going to say "Look, it's public Emily number one!"

Yeah I went there.... pun... I was just managed to bump into this one and misread it thinking it did say public enemy. My eyes must be bad.... regardless, well done, hilarity ensues.
