I don't know what made me think Deva would be the one getting wrapped. I really don't.
If you've read my intro the Felar region: Yes, these are the same Serperior and Zeraora from that story. It's really just a happy accident that Deva wasn't available when they came in so we could "surprise" her with them. Of which I'm sure she is aware, but nobody cares.
