She had worked years as traveling alchemist, selling her elixirs to whom ever needed it. All while slowly on working on her personal project of long life. An elixir that would make it's consumer live hundreds of years. This she saw as an ultimate goal of achieving everything she desired. Long life, wealth and fame trough out the lands. Over time she honed the potion, researched possible ingredients that would bring it to reality. Learning on side the secrets of human body, how it ages and slowly withers away. Making clear that the potion would need to be able to slow it or heal it constantly.
Eventually after purchasing rare books about the ancient methods of healing, she found an note written to the side of an page. Describing how elder dragons blood could be used as potential base for such elixir. With such she gathered or purchased needed ingredients to test her potion.
But it backfired. Not only she got what she dreamed achieving with the effects of the potion, she got even more then she bargained. Her body twisting and contorting. Changing as the elder dragons blood coursed her veins. Tainting the very humanity of her. Bringing out dragonic features, making her an half dragon. Now she is on the quest to find an cure to curse she brought to herself.
