Another commission from FWA, this time it's 
NovaGhost.
This one was a fun challenge. I don't get to do any kind of avian too often, and unusual markings don't factor in frequently either. (Actually, this is the SECOND badge. I managed to royally screw up the coloring on the first version and started over.)
