The Blizzard in the outside world did not affect the festive spirit in the lodge. Far from it, white snow swirling behind windows made this night even more magical, all the while a fireplace humming quietly made the inside warm and cozy.
With the christmas tree up and decorated, a couple presents beneath it, and a wreath hunging over the fireplace, everything was ready for the evening. And with only couple boxes to pack up it was really no surprise Mashuu decided to tease Yeląky a bit, hanging leftover decorations on his antlers.
Yeah, briliant idea! He said with a little smirk, not getting provoked so easily. Have you planned it since last year?
Dragon decided, that he needed to change his game plan. He turned around, reaching for a brush and red paint (ones he left closeby earlier) and started humming
"Yeląky, the red nose deeeer..."
Are you serious?! The red deer jumped up, startled, hiding his not-yet-red nose in his hooves.
Mashuu roared with laughter. Gotcha! he shouted happily. But after a moment, he started to wonder. Maaaybe, if he'll ask nicely, there is a chance deer will agree, isn't it?
