Kind of rushed and a bit of a stretch for the prompt, but between trying to finish up a few other bits I wanted to share and wrapping up some holiday prep I think this turned out well enough for a rough draft really. Will definitely need to be revised and edited when I finish up the whole thing.

And this entire story with Troy is very interesting. I'll have to read parts of it that I haven't so far. For now despite not understanding whole context of events that are happening and so on, I'm invested in this and I wonder what ending will Troy have.

I'm glad you'd say so; this one definitely needs a bit of a rework though. I plan to put together his entire story into one big post once the whole story is finished, proofread, edited, and revised. It'll make my first completed story, too, so I'm a bit excited about that.

I was thinking just one more chapter to wrap things up because that last line might be a bit confusing (which I did intend, just not overly so), but perhaps just giving this chapter its revisions might be a better conclusion than what I originally had in mind. Going to give that some thought but this may well be it.

I'm grateful you'd say so, but this one desperately needs some editing. Was rushing a bit since it had been a long day and either left out some smaller details or didn't touch on them quite as much as I had meant to.
