Merry Christmas, everybody!
I worked on a holiday drawing for a project earlier this month, and I wanted to be sure to upload the full art of it on Christmas day :) It's just a cozy scene of Anne reading a book to Elena, lit by both the fresh snowfall outside and the soft glow of a fireplace. I tried to give Anne a holiday blanket to use on her legs, but it ended up looking a little more like a proper skirt, so maybe we can split the difference and say that it's a festive skirt that she made herself?
I had a lot of fun putting this one together, though it ended up being a little simplistic for practical purposes. I still really like the lighting, and it's oddly fun putting my characters in slightly different outfits to expand their wardrobe.
Anne is always on my mind during the Christmas season. I wonder why that is...
