Sketch of Ronnie Samson, the outlaw biker character, being stalked by the feds for a crime he did not commit. In the story "Nomad", Ronnie is accused of a series of violent crimes and drug overdoses in the city of Newark, and the feds unleash an unrelenting surveillance campaign against him; every aspect of his life is monitored, including being stalked almost constantly by a helicopter, which later crashes when it follows him for so long that it runs out of gas. In the end, the feds catch the suspect, and waste millions in following him, followed with a legal settlement that makes Ronnie rich.
