around page 25 roughly. Its in the tags simply bc this is a diaper comic and I don't want ppl to come in and be all "ew wtf" when it DOES start up because it 'wasn't mentioned' or they ignored the description (i noticed more ppl look at tags than descriptions).
Plus I've noticed other comic artists tend to use general tags through the whole comic if it's the story's main plot, probably for the same reason
