In the Free Rangers continuity she is, but in the Adventurer's continuity she's a wolverine. Goola came first, and was adapted into Big Blue, since an Incredible Hulk analog seemed like a logical mirror of a fantasy barbarian. The elegant mink, Coco Van Pell, arose out of wanting to have her alter ego be a polar opposite, a cold, aloof, fashion mogul who unwillingly transforms into a boisterous, fun loving giantess.
