yeah i do after watchin ya.. lol im not trying to remain steady all the time, i prefer sketching the inks ^^

the trick to remaining steady is to anchor your arm. when that's not possible you'll need a tool. Usually the coarseness of the pencil against the papers texture allows for enough resistance to counter some of your hands natural wobble. no such thing with a tablet. when in this situation, a solution is to zoom in.

but i find, and i'm pretty sure you will too, regardless of sketches or inking, layering and building on your strokes gives a better effect then trying to nail it the first time.
