This is an armored soldier of the Omarasa empire, referenced previously here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53287460/
The Omarasa is a cruel and abusive empire to its own people, drafting citizens into positions under their military where they are often forced to commit atrocities under the threat of exile or death, the latter mainly reserved for higher ranking officials, to avoid leaking their secrets, though this very rarely happens as the higher rank someone is under the Omarasa the more likely they are to be cruel, desensitized, and very much loyal to the empire.
Nearly no one has ever seen the emperor in person, very few people know his name, let alone his appearance (I might draw him anyway one day)
Though none of the inward oppression of their own species much compares to the brutal treatment of alien species, such as enslavement and experimentation.
They had a tight grip on many species, especially the Alternarians, which changed in with a very successful revolution in 2016, and as of year 3000 is one of the largest superpowers themselves, mainly focusing their energy on keeping the Omarasa from committing the violent acts of the past which they are known for.
The Omarasa is very much dying, and there are more deserters every passing day, but it's feared that as they shrink, they may become more desperate.
Who knows what they could end up doing.
Apologies for any typos or weird punctuation I am NOT a writer.

I'm thinking it's probably been like one dictator for a while, Basflima have a long lifespan. It's definitely been one guy for a while, maybe a couple millenia, then again, who knows, there are ways to bypass that pesky aging thing, and many of their experiments have been targeted on species that don't feel the deadlier effects of age, such as Alternarians and Guilliguines, that ill gotten research might very well have gone to extending their own lifespans?
I'm not quite sure.
I'm not quite sure.
Humans and Novyrni have more normal lifespans
And sometimes Xui, Runec, or chimera folk can have shorter lifespans depending on how well their cloning/creation goes
For Marronians it can be very long to a couple hundred years depending mainly on luck and genes
But all of that is moot if one reaches "hero" level (which doesn't actually depend on good deeds, think like how it is in fable)
Hero level happens once a mortal has made enough of an impact on the world to gain some extra neat abilities, they gain a magic inventory menu they can scroll through like one would in a game, and they stop aging.
Basically just becoming a main character, this is something I hope to expand on in the future with some sort of drawing displaying said abilities.

Yee
The older one could Also just be from a different faction, as there are more peaceful one's
I'm thinking of naming the peaceful ones after synthia in some sort of way, as they're the first "aliens" she made (but not the first life form)
Hopefully I can also draw a soldier from the less violent faction sometime soonish

Nuclear war, a ton of people saw what was coming and ended boarding spaceships to escape, people experienced in space travel and rockets were also keen on escaping doom so there were people able to operate the vessels of course.
After many years of drifting through space, learning how to maintain and grow Food along the way, the escaped humans would find a new earth, a near exact replica down to modern buildings, but with a few major differences, one of them mainly being that many conspiracy theories are true in New earth.
One of the two main things is that new earth is hollow and that the pyramids of that planet are space vessels, though I don't really believe in conspiracy theories myself, I thought it would be neat to slap them on this mysterious clone of earth, which may or not be made by the madgod
(Many humans did find it fishy that there was an exact clone of earth and stuck to being soley spacefaring lifestyle)
