Here's a character I... I don't really remember what originally inspired this girl other then to have a rival for Diva. XP Her biosheet's still not completely finished but it's far enough along that I felt I could share with the rest of you.

Appearance: A chubby, curvaceous cheetah female with a plush "bootylicious" physique.
Five toed feet lead up to plump, curvy legs and a round, luscious bottom before narrowing out into a stocky abdomen and soft C-cup breasts. Arms slim down to a pair of supple five-fingered hands. Face is without any distinguishing features except for a pair of long black bangs hanging down to her mouth and pink button nose.

Personality: The passionate tortured artist, the die-hard party girl, and the playful flirt; Rebecca is essentially all of these. Fresh, flirty, she believes life is best enjoyed to the fullest and without regret. While this puts her at odds with more somber and straight-laced individuals, it also makes it hard for people to dislike her for any particular length of time.
Despite her seemingly carefree personality outside of the recording studio, Morgan still takes her craft very seriously. She believes art should primarily be a venue for self-expression and enjoyment, both personal and the audience's. While not opposed to selling or otherwise making a living from her music, she strongly dislikes people who pursue a career in the arts for recognition but don't try to break new ground, settling for playing it safe by recycling what has been done before, not even trying to inject the spark of innovation to old, tired ideas. These beliefs ultimately form the heart of her feud with the "pop princess" Diva.

Biography: Growing up, Rebecca wanted nothing but to be a singer. Even at an early age she demonstrated a knack for music and sound. Through out high school, she was always the lead in choir or the one asked to sing at school functions. When her powers awoke shortly after her sixteenth birthday, her parents assumed she'd apply for the DSA and be trained as an agent when she was old enough. Instead, Becky applied for a performer license with the corporate registration agency, allowing her to use her powers unfettered in an entertainment capacity.
Her beliefs as an artist developed early on, she refused to let herself be a "gimmick" idol, instead studying and applying for work anywhere that let her be around music while she auditioned and performed. It was here that she discovered her other talent as a performer, disc-jockeying and acting as a master of ceremonies at official functions. With her basic needs met, the feline began to work the nightclub circuit as a singer.
It was here that she first encountered her arch-nemesis Diva. While unaware of her rival's moonlight career as a petty crook, the two almost immediately took a dislike to each other. Diva sought to subtly use her own powers over sound to make up for a lackluster talent for songwriting and a lack of charisma due to her self-serving personality while Minstrel won over the crowd that night sticking to what she did best, putting passion into her melodies. Description of Powers: Minstrel's powers revolve around the manipulation of light and sound. Generally she has very little experience using her abilities offensively, though the occasional encounter with muggers and the rare overzealous fan has given her some practice in self-defense.
Her light control powers either manifest as free floating orbs suspended near her person or beams of light emitted from her hands. At her most basic, she can generate sufficient light for night reading, produce displays of artistic illumination (strobe lights, colored beams, and the like) for her fans, and generate bursts of light to disorient and stun opponents.
At her highest level, she can generate a personal "hard light" bubble with a radius of roughly six feet, project piercing laser beams, and put together some truly incredible displays of illumination for impressing or distracting onlookers.
Her control over sound is similarly focused with the majority of her abilities being defensive or utilitarian. It is also here she shares the most in common with her archrival Diva. At her lowest level of taxation, she can project both a shrieking pitch and alluring siren's cry, as well as accurately determine the direction, intensity, and source of a particular sound. Pushing her powers slightly harder allows her to displace sounds (effectively "throwing her voice" with more then her voice) and is where her ability to project sonic energy through her hands begins.
While this aspect of her powers allows the obvious "sonic blast" attack, it also generates an unusual property she has only begun to explore. By projecting ambient sound through these energy fields, the decibel level is enhanced considerably, allowing her to sing and be heard perfectly in even the largest clubs and concert halls without the aid of a microphone or speakers.
At her highest level, Minstrel's sonic powers generate a considerable kinetic force, allowing her to throw attackers off their feet, smash inanimate objects with the force of a MAC truck, and potentially crush individuals with pure force. Fortunately for those that would like to see her fall, this level causes considerable strain on her body.

Artistic Style: Minstrel's music has a quality that's hard for critics to quantify. Some songs have a devil-may-care element of Punk in them; others are more sensual, possessing a similarity to Latina or traditional Pop. In general Rebecca lets her inspiration guide her, never settling for the simple trappings of an established genre.
