The idea (or fanfic) was a Don Rosa-style story with Scrooge experiencing an 'After Hours' scenario, getting lost in the inner parts of mid-1960s Duckburg with no money. There, he meets Duke The Crow, whom he moderately respects for his street-smart, dapper ways in a 'disgusting impoverished dunghole' (in Scrooge's best I'm Not Racist Butt words). They then share a beer that may or may not have been drugged, going crazy all over town with Scrooge finally taking a walk on the wild side and slowly loving it. The story overall unfolds similarly to Fritz meeting Duke, including the heartbreaking fate of Duke, which then gives Scrooge a deep desire to fix inner-city poverty and police brutality in Duckberg.

Sounds unconvincing, improbable, and pretty silly but I do believe these two would kick it if they meet.
