Decided to do another Keiko redesign since I did an Artess redesign some time ago.

Back in the day when I drew these two more often they were often friends. Figured I'd get back to that for these two.

No idea what Keiko is, though. I had a few ideas but I eventually just settled on "I dunno" and designed this form.
