Spent 3-4 hors cooking these earlier thi month. When I first make cookie dough, I tend to make a lot, as shelf life is fairly long, and they're ideal to hand out as gift.
I also have giraffe shaped cutters, but the gingerbread dough was too thin for those legs. I might use them for American Tea Cakes later, as that dough it thicker.
