Abyss smirked as she settled down between her opponents – the manipulative and agile Clove, and the fierce ninja chieftess Conquering Storm. Formidable fighters in their own right, defeating them both would have proved a challenge even for the wily pirate captain. Even if it was a three-way battle.
Of course, one of the main rules for pirate captains was a simple one – cheat to win. Playing dead when you have a pair of cyber tentacles is a great combo. A pair of shocks later, and voila! A pair of unconscious landlubbers, slumped aganist each other. Some shuffling their bodies around while they were counted out, and Abyss was declared the victor!
Now with ankles crossed over, Conquering’s leg hooked up by one arm, tentacles resting on the other gals’ chests, Abyss threw up two fingers in a classic v-sign. Or an insulting gesture – either worked for her. Focusing on a camera drone s she posed, she made sure to give a taunting squeeze to her victory prizes. Clove's little groan in response only made Abyss grin more.
“Sorry, girls. But you lost the moment you ended up stuck fighting me. Fu hu hu!”

This has been a while coming! [Edit!] I commissioned DragonWaffle a while back for a line art of Clove, Conquering Storm, and Abyss of archie sonic. They did the line art for the characters. Then, at one point, I got bored and decided to make a fully clothed version of the pic. Which I spent way too long on lmao, but hey. Not too upset with the result.
(i might post the original at some point lol)
As for the context of why they're fighting, it's an Eggman social experiment. Make the Egg Bosses fight each other like a sorts tournament, winner gets a prize, yadda yadda. Clove, Connie, and Abyss got into a bracket for one of the qualifiers, and well. you can see how that's gone XD
now they get to suffer Abyss's showing off and the headaches they'll have when they wake up. Also getting to look forward to Abyss rubbing her win and how gullible they were into their faces for the rest of the week or longer. Tragic fate, really.
