I never finished drawing this dog or really developed his story or anything. All I really got is that he's a wacky time traveller, but with technology rather than magic. He's split in half down the middle and his brain is cut in half, I remember reading somewhere about what happens if your brain gets cut in half but I can't really remember so I'll deal with that later.
