I'm not sure if you can tell, but I have been confused on art for the past 3 years.
I don't know what to draw, make, do, or post.
This account got popular because I made icons.
But I don't make icons anymore.
I don't know if I should post personal work, commission work, TF work, or just delete this account and move to a new one.
I've nuked all of my other galleries because AI art scrapping, and honestly I don't know what to do.
Any suggestions?
Should I just use my other account?

Why do you follow me?
Do you like my illustrations, or just my icons?
I have the largest following here on FA, though Im sure a lot of folks have dropped off or forgot I even make stuff because I havent posted.....
What do you want to see?
If you like my icon work, I'm sorry, but I'm not making them anymore...
Is there even a point in having an art gallery?
Should I even be drawing?
Does anyone care?
Do I care?
Is there even a point in making art when AI art is taking over?
I'll never have a job in artwork anyway, so why post it?
Should I just keep it on my computer?
Give up?

If I may ask one thing in return, do you have fun with art or creating things in general? If the answer is even remotely tethering on a 'yes', then art or the like is always worth to pursue, having fun with what you do is just the best, or sharing that fun with others. No matter what you end up making, so long it is a fun time. Art can be a struggle at times, but that struggle is something that just leads to more growth. And hey, if others can have a smile from your art and have some wholesome thoughts and moments, it's even better.
As to answer a few questions:
I followed this account/you because of your art in general. I love your style, the way you draw things, poses, scenarios, whether TF or not, you're making great stuff and I love seeing it! You're an inspiration.
Personally your TF art has been really fun to see, but that is just one theme among your art that sticks out to me, anything else is just as nice to see. Your art in general is why I am here, as I mentioned above, heh.
And another thing I can answer, yes. There is always a point in making art, regardless of AI stuff. AI art can only do what has already been done and abstract things with math and calculations. I hate what AI art stands for and that it causes artists to heavily consider their craft. But it is artists like us that create things that AI simply cannot do and we should try not to worry too much about it. Creating stuff yourself with your own experience is something that feels more fulfilling. Soulless AI generated art simply cannot compare to how something feels that has been created with care.
My bad for the wall of text, but I hope some of this helps a little, heh.

Motivation is a strange thing, I can hardly offer any advice since I haven't figured out it myself.
If losing interest in art, maybe try other stuff in life? Trying to figure out what makes one self happiest is the most important thing I think. Take your time to try new things and reflect on if making art still makes you happy, or to change something to make making art feel better?
