Just like the previous art of Human Loona here is Adult Octavia Queen of the 72 Goetia's. Based on the same Friends HB AU that I did Human Loona, Octavia in this sketch is in her late-20s.
After Octavia's father, Stolas stepped down giving the crown to her as Heir to the Goetia let's just say Octavia did some Restructuring or power grab of the Goetia ranks...like she made sure all the other Goetias were "Taken care of" as well her Mother Stella. The latter didn't get a death sentence but didn't get off easy either...
