Zephyr city has a few allied towns, outside the safety of its walls, that sometimes requires the support of the Paranormal Response Forces. In one such case, rumors of a phantom's presence in Rossmont Crater scared the mayor into requesting said aid. After assessing the threat Zephyr dispatched Nat and Celeste to investigate. Initial findings didn't reveal any evidence of the phantom. But rarely are these things readily apparent. Thanks to Zephyr paying for the room the duo are able to take it easy waiting for dawn to being their search for specter.
I wanted to do a chill piece of these two just relaxing. And I'm pretty happy with this.
