Just gotta say again, the way you go ALL IN on the toonyness is great. Despite my characters being just as toony, I just can't seem to capture that same energy - at least in my opinion. Your style just feels so free and fun, it's always a joy to read! My only bit of advice is to watch your grammar, as sometimes a typo can make things a little confusing, especially since when it comes to toons, ANYTHING'S possible, so clarification is key.
I think a lot of the "energy" can come from trying to keep the word count to a minimum which keeps everything flowing and can give it a sort of "frantic" feeling? Too much description or focus on some things can kinda bog it down (and like I said its a difficult balance that only with these stories i feel like ive finally hit it a bit). I definitely wrote a bit weird at times, I didnt reread the second half of the story as much as I shoulda. Thank you for the critique, I really do appreciate it!
