Not really. Once thier pet is dead and all aggro is focused on them, hunters are pretty useless when it comes to melee. lol.

I'm, sorry, I cant hear you all the way over here! I'm too busy kiting! :D
Glyph Raptor strike if it's ever a big issue, if they get into melee you, at least you take less damage long enough to widen the gap. :)
Also *baps with a rolled up newspaper* BAD HUNTER! Letting your pet die! Dontcha know, the last thing that goes through their mind before they fall is "why mommy?". :<
