This is Laula, a semi-sadistic spotted hyena.

Laula is a high-ranking member of the Decker Gang, a group of criminals who run rampant in the Lowlights City underworld. She's the gang's most efficient assassin, and while she hasn't been tasked with a great deal of lives to end, she's still the crew's go-to for violent affairs. She's made sure every transaction the team's had successfully comes to a close, no matter the method of doing so. Somehow, despite her brutal escapades, she is entirely unknown to the public. Those who do know her call her the Queen of Diamonds for her diamond-patterned fur and indomitable performance at everything she does. Truth be told, she's actually rather incompetent at sports like soccer or basketball, in which she'll hesitantly move about, seemingly fear-stricken. When she's not actively carrying out a mission, she lives in an abandoned bank with some of her clanmates, having turned it into a functioning building again thanks to the skills of the gang members and their associates. She's not especially close with anyone there, but she does have a very close friend outside of her felonious life. To Ashley, Laula is just another girl who's into crafts. Granted, her crafts involve more leather and metal fixings than other artists, but she still loves to them off to Ash. Most of the clothes Laula wears she makes herself. However, Laula's openness towards Ashley has made the bat girl wary. Every time a fixing similar to the hyena's has been found at a crime scene, she calls her to make sure she wasn't hurt. Lucky for Laula, the bat seems doubtless towards her and seems to think her friend's life is always the one at stake. They're very close friends, but Laula wants nothing of her other life anywhere near Ashley, more so she can remain unscathed by what she'll see or possibly what she'll end up being involved in than anything else.

This hyena loves olive drab, sporty cars and bikes, red meats, and rap.
She can't stand sitcoms, bitter flavors, or pop music.
