Webbed feet and hands to help with swimming aside from his tail. GREAT BEEG MAW. And an anchor tattoo on his left shoulder (or maybe an actual anchor imbedded into his shoulder.)
Love character reference/information sheets. Would be neat to see him scaled next to some stuff some time to get a better feel for his size. And with how blue whale underbellies are, always imagined they'd feel great to rub and feel.
